If you weren't at GMZBC Friday night you missed your blessing . Our White Tee Extravaganza was a huge success. Sis. Quisha acted as hostess for the evening. The young people of GMZ showed up and showed off for Christ. They praised him through song and dance. The nights events featured guest praise dancers from New Mount Joy, Fourth Baptist, and Piney Grove Baptist Church. One of our first performances of the evening was several piano selections from Bro. Lazarus, a very special young man from Providence C.O.G.I.C . Our very own New Generation praise choir and Creative Spiritual Expressions praise dancers participated in the evening's events. We were truly able to "Shake Ourselves Loose" for God. Sis. Kim honored us with a classic song from Sis. Mahalia Jackson, providing us with a little bit of Black history. Knowone could forget young Sis. Mia, who belted out a powerful song that once again proved that the young people of GMZBC have much to offer and are willing and able to show praise and worship to our Lord and Savior. The Butt's sister's blessed us with a rendition of the "Alabaster Box" from CeCe Winan's CD. We ended the evening with an instrumental selection performed by Sis. Tara and Sis. Whitney. Rev. Marc warned us that this would not be our last White Tee Extravaganza. See you next year !
