The Youth department has done many events over the last year. Including and Easter egg hunt, tours of the city, back to school barbecue, fall harvest and vacation bible school. There are several ministries in place that your child can become a part of. Including Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Youth Ushers, Youth Missionaries, New Generation Praise Choir, and the Creative Spiritual Expressions Praise Dancers. Recently the Youth Advisory sponsored a bus trip to Baltimore MD to visit the Baltimore Aquarium and the Blacks in Wax Museum. Several adults and children spent the day exploring the Inner Harbor and many of the attractions there. Upcoming events will include the annual fall harvest and youth revival in conjunction with the church revival. Next year plans are being made to hold the first annual GMZ Youth Anniversary and to expand the ministry to include Christian activities and events for the young adults at GMZ. Exciting things are happening in 2005 and 2006. Come out and be a part of the fellowship.
